In Her Words: "UWG is my town, and the chemistry department is my home! West Georgia has given me an opportunity to be myself and to be accepted for who I am, to do what I love, and to be around people who have sharp logical minds, yet have loving intuitive hearts. Professors who will pick you up and motivate you to be the best that you can be. Friends who will be there even if you fail to be there for them because you have exams that take away social aspects. West Georgia is a place where you can learn about the intricate beauty and design of art and the cool detailed formation of molecules that could explode at any moment. I have found my home, a place where I belong, and I couldn't imagine being a student anywhere else than here."
