Weeks of Welcome 2014 is a joint effort sponsored by multiple campus organizations to welcome students to the University of West Georgia’s exciting campus life and helps students make connections within the entire campus community. The program is designed to help students make a fun, exciting transition to college life while making a commitment to have pride in being a member of the UWG Wolves.
During Weeks of Welcome, students will have opportunities to explore UWG's comprehensive resources, meet other students, and attend programs and convocations designed especially for new college students.
UWG encourages all first-year students and existing students to attend the events listed on the Center for Student Involvement website. The University Communications and Marketing Team will often be there taking pictures and posting to UWG official social media sites so that students can share the fun with family and friends.
